Processing Time

All Haven Prints products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and quality inspection before your order ships.

Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options are available at checkout. International shipping is not currently available but is coming soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — replacement, exchange, or full refund. Because each piece is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged Items

Please photograph any damage immediately upon unboxing and email the photos to us. We will prioritize your replacement and cover all associated costs.
