Materials & Process

Our primary material is recycled PLA (Polylactic Acid) — a bio-based, biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch. It produces minimal VOCs during printing and is compostable in industrial facilities, making it the most environmentally responsible choice for functional home objects.

Most 3D prints look "stepped" or rough. We print at an ultra-fine resolution of 0.12mm—about the thickness of a human hair. This creates a surface that is incredibly smooth to the touch while still showing the "grain" of how it was made.

We don't hide our process; we refine it. These subtle lines are a mark of quality and precision, giving each piece a professional, intentional finish that feels more like a handcrafted object than a plastic part.

Most 3D-printed items are hollow and fragile. Ours are different. We build a high-tech "internal skeleton" into every piece—using nature-inspired honeycomb and wave patterns—to give them a solid, premium feel.

By reinforcing the inside with up to 40% extra support, we ensure our planters hold the weight of heavy soil and our pocket gear stays rigid and tough for daily carry.

Colors are achieved through pigmented filament — no painting or post-processing coatings are used. What you see is the material itself. This means colors are UV-stable and will not chip or peel over time. Matte and satin finishes are available depending on the filament grade.

Our planters are built to handle moisture with ease. While some 3D prints can leak, we use extra-thick walls and specialized settings to ensure every piece is watertight. They are perfectly suited for standard use or as self-watering planters that hold standing water without seeping.

Indoor Optimized: These are designed for indoor beauty. While they love water, they don't love the sun—avoid leaving them in direct outdoor heat or UV light.

Surface Safe: For peace of mind on high-end wood furniture, a simple coaster is always a good idea, but the planter itself is built to keep the water where your plants need it.

We batch our print runs to reduce energy consumption and print only what is ordered to eliminate overstock waste. Scrap and failed prints are collected and sent to a local filament recycler. Our packaging uses recycled cardboard with zero single-use plastic.
