I first came across this business at their kiosk in the CDA Mall, where they had a great selection of home and garden items on display. My wife purchased one of their reusable seed starter kits, and it was an instant hit — it absolutely made her day and works amazingly well. While we were there, we got to talking about their planters and the color options they offer. The gentleman helping us mentioned that they do custom orders and can produce planters in many different colors. That level of flexibility really caught my attention. Later that day, I ordered a planter online for a houseplant that desperately needed a new home. I selected one of the in-stock colors but also emailed to ask about a different custom color. He replied quickly and assured me it could be finished within the week. To my surprise, just two days later, the first planter arrived in the in-stock color. Only a couple of days after that, my custom-colored planter showed up as well. The speed, communication, and follow-through were outstanding. I’m honestly over the moon with this place. The customer service is personal, responsive, and clearly genuine. I already know my wife will be ordering more seed starter kits soon, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking for quality products backed by amazing support.
